In this case, you would need to reach out to Amazon directly. You can access Amazon via the WePlenish App, follow the instructions below.
- Tap the menu in the upper left hand corner
- Tap "ORDERS" this will bring you to your Amazon "Your Orders" page
- Select the product you would like to return
- Click "Need help with your items"
- Follow the process as prompted
